Our fixed fee covers the full legal scope of your sale. You won't be hit with extras unless the deal changes significantly.

We prepare or review your sale and purchase agreement, advise on the terms, and make sure your interests are protected before you sign.

We handle all LINZ requirements to transfer the title to the purchaser correctly, including any existing encumbrances or caveats on the property.

If you have a mortgage on the property, we liaise with your lender to arrange the discharge so it's lifted on settlement day.

We deal with the purchaser's lawyers on requisitions, conditions, and any queries about the property — keeping your sale moving forward.

Whether it's finance, due diligence, or a change to the agreed terms, we handle all condition notices, waivers, and variations on your behalf.
